City assemblymen in Ebina, Kanagawa Prefecture, criticized fellow assemblyman Masumi Tsurusashi, 71, after he posted tweets (later removed) criticizing lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people, calling gay love "abnormal" and saying the media should not report the activities of abnormal, "biologically strange" people.
