Pres. Milos Zeman says Turkey should not become a member of the European Union, alleging that they "sometimes" behave like an ally of the Islamic State terror organization. He also criticized the EU's plan to give 3 billion Euros to Turkey to help them deal with the 2 million refugees stranded on its territory.
