Cannabis "coffee shops" won't be opening their doors in Berlin any time soon after the Federal Institute of Pharmaceuticals halted plans to introduce legal cannabis establishments in the city. Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain Mayor Monika Herman of the Green Party says she will contest the ruling in court.
