Little reported in American media, last week, Argentine Pres. Cristina Fernández de Kirchner claimed that Pres. Obama's former Arms Control negotiator Gary Samore tried to convince the Argentinians to provide the Iranians with nuclear fuel in 2010. Samore refused to put the request in writing, says Kirchner.
