Former Labour Party Leader Ed Miliband has joined forces with pro-EU Tories in an attempt to claim a British exit from the EU ("Brexit") would damage the environment. Miliband signed a declaration with Environment Secretary Liz Truss and called campaigning for backing Brexit “extreme and outdated”.
