Russian prime minister Dmitri Medvedev is accusing Turkish officials of have "a direct financial interest" in the oil trade with the terrorist group Islamic State. He also detailed possible moves to retaliate against Turkey, which downed a Russian warplane on Tuesday, including cuts to joint business ventures.
