Rome's city council is declaring "war" on men dressed as gladiators posing for pictures at historic sites and earning up to US$12,000 a month tax-free. Rome's interim mayor says the "photo opportunity gladiators" are "tacky" but officials haven't been able to regulate it because there been no law against it.
