Somalia's parliament has voted out its second prime minister in a year. Saturday's vote of no confidence in PM Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed came in response to tension between Ahmed and Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. Ahmed had served as PM since last December.
