Charging the Narendra Modi government with "U-Turns" in policies, the Congress Party has released a 30-page booklet accusing it of "umpteen somersaults" on a range of promises. It says the Prime Minister and his government have gone back on virtually every campaign pledge, "with a U-turn every week."
