The Comptroller of the Likud Party has disqualified Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from running in his party's Dec. 31 primary election, citing a campaign meeting held at the party's Tel Aviv headquarters. Netanyahu's camp plans an appeal, disputing whether the Comptroller has the right to deny him a ballot position.
