Alberta MP Jason Kenney says he will still pursue a unity agenda even if he wins the Alberta Progressive Conservative leadership race but fails to get support from party members to merge with the right-center Wildrose party, a merger which he is actively pursuing. He says he will gladly lead the PC Party through the 2019 election even if the party rejects a union with Wildrose.
