Prime Minister David Cameron says he's "puzzled and disappointed" by the resignation of Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan-Smith from the Conservative government's cabinet over what he claims are "indefensible" cuts to disability pensions. It's a cry heard from opposition Labour Party benches, as well. Underlying the move are also tensions between Cameron, who supports staying in the European Union in a June referendum, and Duncan Smith, who does not.
