European Council Pres. Donald Tusk has urged economic migrants not to undertake the arduous journey to Europe. He appealed to "potential illegal economic migrants" saying, "Do not come to Europe. Do not believe the smugglers. Do not risk your lives and your money. It is all for nothing."
