Germany and France are suggesting it's possible Europe may end funding for the International Space Station in 2020 despite even though its major partners – the US, Russia, Japan and Canada – have all said they will continue using it until 2024. Space officials imply that German spending on refugees has affected that nation's budget. European nations have in the past plead poverty, while ending up fully funding the program.
