A member of the House of Lords has resigned after a paper released video allegedly showing the Labour peer, Lord Sewel, snorting cocaine with prostitutes and apparently calling Asian women "whores." He had been the House of Lords' deputy speaker and chaired the Lords privileges and conduct committee.
