#USA: Kansas Legislator Would Regulate "Distracting" Clothing of Female Legislative Witnesses

Kansas Sen. Mitch Holmes, chair of the Senate Ethics and Elections Committee, wants to limit the "distracting" clothing women wear when testifying before his committee. "For ladies, low-cut necklines and mini-skirts are inappropriate," Holmes says, even while admitting that "distracting" is hard to define.
