An increasingly nasty diplomatic spat between Sweden and Saudi Arabia is dramatically escalating, as Saudi Arabia this week recalled its ambassador a day after Sweden canceled a 10-year arms deal with the kingdom. A top Swedish diplomat has criticized the Saudi human rights record and called it a "dictatorship.
