Spain’s two establishment parties, the Socialists and the conservative Popular Party, staved off a challenge by a pair of insurgent parties in a regional election Sunday in Andalusia. Socialists retained all 47 of its seats, with Podemos coming in third. The Right-of-Center Citizen's Party came in fourth.
