South Korea's National Assembly is proposing a "joint resolution" with the US Congress to commemorate 70 years of peace in Asia since the end of World War II, but some fear it may touch on controversial subjects like North Korea's nuclear ambitions and Japan's failure to admit to war crimes against Korean women.
