Admitting that the votes aren't there for passage in this sitting of parliament, Liberal Democratic Party Sen. David Leyonhjelm has introduced a Same-Sex Marriage bill to "push the Government" to allow members to have a "free vote" on the issue and discuss it within the party's caucus.
