Embattled Quebec Education Minister Yves Bolduc quit politics on Thursday and will return to practicing medicine. He resigned his Quebec City-area seat in the provincial legislature as well as his cabinet position. He had supported "respectful" strip searches of students in schools, a view he later retracted.
