Support for the Alternative for Germany Party, which backs a tough line on immigration, has risen to its highest level in nearly four months as an influx of refugees from the Middle East gathers pace, a new poll showed. The party has 5.5% voter support, following a tumultuous summer in which its founder broke away to form a new party.
