Responding to a recent poll showing 70% of Egyptians did not like Daylight Savings Time, Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb says clocks will not "Spring ahead" this year. It was also cancelled in 2011. A study showed the country hasn't saved fuel from moving its clocks, a main argument for DST.
