During a speech on the future of digital technology, Chancellor Angela Merkel forgot the word "Landline" in a list of three things important for the country's digital future. The slip was reminiscent of Texas Gov. Rick Perry's failure to remember the third agency he'd eliminate during a 2012 presidential debate.
