Australia’s parliament has passed a controversial anti-encryption bill that grants Australian police greater powers to issue “technical notices” - a nice way of forcing companies - even websites - operating in Australia to help the government hack, implant malware, undermine encryption or insert back doors at the behest of the government.

#CHINA: Gov't Urges Banks to Increase Loan Activity To Continue Recovery

The National Development and Reform Commission - China's top planning authority - has pledged to adopt more proactive measures to expand investment in order to sustain the economic recovery. The government says it will actively encourage commercial banks to issue credit and attract investment from the private sectors.
