A large majority of the members of the Scottish Parliament have rushed through legislation designed to ensure continuity in the face of a rapidly approaching "Brexit" between the UK and Europe. The lopsided 86 to 27 vote fast-tracks the legislation, which Conservative MSP's argued was "bad legislation" that lacked proper oversight or debate.
