#UK: UKIP's Mark Reckless Wins Rochester and Strood By-Election; 2nd Member of Parliament Sworn In

Mark Reckless, the Conservative MP who resigned earlier this year to "get permission" from his constituents to continue in Parliament as a UK Independence Party member, has won his by-election by 3,000 votes over his Conservative Party rival. He becomes the second UKIP member of the UK's parliament.
