Pres. Election to Go to 2nd Round After No Candidate Wins 50% [world politics news]

Former Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah won the most votes in the Pres. election with 44.9%. Former World Bank economist Ashraf Ghani came second with 31.5%. A run-off will be held on May 28.
