Pres. Recep Tayyip Erdogan says Can Dundar, editor-in-chief of a secularist newspaper, will "pay a heavy price" after the paper ran photos showing ammunition and mortar shells in a truck allegedly chartered by the nation's intelligence agency, supposedly headed for Syria's rebels. The government asserts the trucks carried humanitarian aid.
