Jean-Marie Le Pen says he was taking France's Front National to court over his expulsion from the far-right party he founded more than 40 years ago. The party, now led by his daughter Marine Le Pen, is trying to distance itself from its founder's often anti-semitic, racist and otherwise controversial remarks.
