Italy's Prime Minister has rebuffed opposition demands that he fire a Giuseppe Castiglione, a junior agriculture minister under investigation for suspected bid-rigging of contracts for a huge migrant center in Sicily, from which public funds were allegedly skimmed by Mafia-connected officials.
