Prime Minister Theresa May has refused to commit herself to giving Parliament a vote on the final Brexit deal, as she came under sustained pressure from members of the House of Commons Liaison Committee, May said she would make sure MPs had a "proper opportunity" to consider her plans for Brexit before she triggered Article 50 early next year, but refused to say that the Commons would have a vote on the final deal agreed with Brussels.
