Pres. Park Geun-hye has said that no serious crime was committed to justify her Dec. 9th impeachment, calling all allegations in the National Assembly impeachment motion as "groundless." Stripped of power, she's now awaiting the Constitutional Court's deliberation on the impeachment, and is urging the court to wait for the results of a criminal trial of suspects in the corruption scandal involving her confidant Choi Soon-sil.
