A new poll shows a vast majority of voters are confused by the mixed member proportional (MMP) electoral system in the draft constitution, in which MPs would be elected from constituencies and party lists. Only 9.60% of the respondents understood it very well and 30% said they had some understanding of it. About 24% did not understand it at all.
