California lawmakers are proposing a bill requiring parents to vaccinate all schoolchildren, unless the child is in danger. Parents would no longer be able to cite personal beliefs or religions reasons to send unvaccinated children to private and public schools. The move comes after a measles outbreak at California's Disneyland.
