Winnipeg MP Pat Martin left his seat “briefly” after voting on a procedural motion to adjourn debate Thursday. When Conservatives asked the speaker whether Martin’s departure would mean his vote doesn;t count, Martin rose and told the House he’d left due to his tight underwear, which he'd bought on sale.
