A Federal prosecutor is seeking to investigate Pres. Cristina Fernández de Kirchner in a case involving an alleged cover-up of Iran's role in the 1994 Jewish Center bombing. The original complaint was filed by late prosecutor Alberto Nisman, who drafted an arrest warrant for Kirchner the day before dying mysteriously.
