Former President Apollo Milton Obote's son, retired Bishop Edward Engena Maitum will run for president in 2016. He joins 19 others who will run against Pres. Museveni. Engena's father founded the Uganda People's Congress Party, which is now headed by his brother. He's undecided whether he'll see the party's nomination.
