Labour Party Leader Jeremy Corbyn is facing a serious revolt by grassroots Labour supporters who backed him to be leader after he said he would support the Conservative government's plans to leave the EU, but would seek amendments when it comes before parliament. Two members of Corbyn’s front bench, shadow Welsh secretary Jo Stevens and Early Years shadow minister Tulip Siddiq both resigned from the shadow cabinet late last week and the local party members are reportedly furious at his support for Prime Minister Theresa May's plan to trigger the Article 50 process.
