The pro-Sisi Support Egypt bloc, a parliamentary coalition with more than 300 MPs, has won the lion's share of leading posts on parliament's 25 committees. Under parliamentary by-laws elections for committee heads, two deputies and one secretary must be held the beginning of each legislative season.
