#CANADA: Gov't Set to Abandon Program Paying Refugee Claimants to Return Home

The Harper Government is killing a controversial program designed to pay refugee claimants to return home after it was found that it was not cost effective and many claimants were actually continuing to appeal denied claims for asylum.
