Saying he has "no choice" other than to re-enter politics, former Pres. Nicolas Sarkozy said he'd re-enter politics and seek a re-match for France's presidency with Pres. Francois Hollande in 2017. Hollande is polling at 13% popularity, lower than any modern French president.
